If Punkbuster is installed properly then PnkBstrA should be listed in the Services (whether it runs automatically or not, it should be in there). Try re-installing it.

Additional advice: just running pbsetup won't reinstall Punkbuster, it just (I believe) updates the signature files for the games you have installed. Instead; put your CoD:WW disk in the drive (exit if it tries to autostart) then start Windows Explorer. On the disk you'll find pbsvc.exe - run it and you can (re)install from there (or uninstall, or test it's working).

*edit* Oh, you may then need to run pbsetup to make sure the signatures are up to date.

Thanks guys. I got it solved. I used the search bar in my start up button and typed "services",
and when I checked the list for some reason pnkbstrA.exe and pnkbstrB.exe were not loading.
I used a tool for punkbuster at http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
and it fixed everything up so both pnkbstrA and B are now loaded and working.
Got no idea why they just screwed up like that but they are back up and running. Thanks again guys.
