Is there anyway to select/move these? Also is there anyway to select/move the mp_spawn points?

Shift+left click = select

Esc = Deselect

When it's selected:

left click on the object your moving in the 2d or 3d views and drag the mouse.

Fine tune their positions by lowering the grid size, for models you can use "free rotate" (models/entities ONLY), wher you press the 'R' key then left click and drag the mouse.

For more commands you can click "Help" > "command list" at the top of the editor.

If you still can't move them, make sure the E and M button on the tool bar to the top right are NOT pressed in, as these disable the selection of Entities (spawn points/nodes) and Models.
