Code:
misc_prefab at (-272 -2272 96) has no model
That error caused the map to not compile. Find the misc_prefab, and delete
it (it should be a small light-red box at those co-ordinates it gave), then

First off, I will let you use the .gdt file I use to convert all my
minimaps and loadscreens, so you can factor out the possibility of placing
a wrong value in the AssMan as your problem.

However in your second error I found this.
Code:Entity 0 Brush 283 at 64 733 207
Go to those coordinates (64,733,207) and try removing the brush and see if
it compiles.
