Its hard to say how many entities are in your map? Try making a copy of your map {back up} and taking some of the glass out a section at a time and see if that helps it may be you have to many entities for your map to compile make some of them brushs a... [more]

There is a cretin number of entities allowed per map e.g. models players im not sure what the number for cod4 but if you are running a mod the has helmet pop and lots of dead body this can overload your server and cause it to crash or restart its self so ... [more]

Is your prefab something that you exported out of cod and into Maya then re imported back into the game if so you need to make sure that you apply a white texture to it also hit the "N" key and make sure there is not any lighting options or wired commands... [more]
