It may be a buggered model or something else other than the normal texured brushes. Try opening your map file in notepad and deleting a model then trying to open radiant then again etc etc.... [more]

Blindside Caulk is very important - it reduces alot of FPS's when playing. If your selecting the whole wall etc etc and adding a texture to it, the peices that players will never see will have an impact on the FPS they get, hence Caulking the unseen parts... [more]
