Tutorial - Making curved sidewalks or roads Call of Duty 2 : CoD2 MP Mapping currently at school, so may have the wrong idea about what u askin (cant visualise it well :( ), and cant include any screens, but i tend to create a brush to fit the outside of the curve and then use the clipper tool with a grid size of 1 to fit the edge...
