Got another problem, last problem Soldier of Fortune : SoFII Mapping dont think the scripts folder is extracted or need to be extracted which is y u cant find it. just like u have a /maps folder with bsp in it and put that in pk3 u need to have a /scripts folder with an .arena file in it. A pk3 file contains your map and some other files that tell the game where the map is located, the name, gametypes, etc.. Search for precise info on this.. As to sharing it.. i dont know about mod...
