Then you are using the wrong texture.. probably with _blend after the texture name... liek this: 'texturenam_blend' that is an alpha texture... only used for blending texture on meshes.. use solid textures the ones without the _blend after the texture nam... [more]

do you have added lights in your map? if it is an indoor map or if it is outdoor, add worldspawn values. look in teh tutorial section for cod 2 and also cod, because the worldspawn and lights are working the same in cod 2 as it did in cod.... [more]

never seen that before.. are those circles in the 2d window from lights entities...? else copy your brushwork into a new map. aybe then they will leave..? or try with the hide/show option in radiant.... [more]

as far as i understand your question, (I'm dutch) leave it.. else you will get more triangles the pc have to draw from the brushes you'll have to make.. it is harder for the pc to draw those triangles then draw that little texture on the top of that p... [more]

delete teh previous compile files of that map. so the .prt file the .bsp etc. else try to compiel it unde rantoher name.. maybe then it works and like the caretaker said, replace those brushes... you can find them by going to 'misc' in the taskbar in C... [more]
