HI there, A question out of general curiosity; I read that it improves fps and bsp size if brushes are caulked if they arnt visible to the player. seems very logic indeed. however i wondered if caulking one side of a brush (shift-click) also improve... [more]

does turning the grid off effect the end-result after compile? i thought i was just an editor setting... :confused: altho the align to grid tip gynec gave did help correct the blackholes, it also made a mess of my map, LOL. so think u right afterall.... [more]

lol yea i noticed that on previous maps. on this map i explicitly only rotated using selection/rotate/arbitrary rotation, and only in 45 degree angles. i never did the snap to grid thingy, ill try that & let u know...... [more]
