I am not a mapper but in the ac130 sp level it starts up the scripts in the map main() function. In addition to the ac130.gsc also look at ac130_code gsc in the maps folder, which is called from main(). It sets up all the level stuff like buildings, vehic... [more]

The singleplayer ac130 script is in the raw files. Dont know about making sp missions but I assume once you spawn the player at the beginning you can attach him to it as you would to a car. There is an attach function in the script.... [more]

You can go try Open Warfare. It doesnt have all the good stuff or custom weapons that Demon wrote for his mod but is highly configurable to do what you want. Especially if all you want is a very basic sniper server.... [more]

Wouldnt be the first time something didnt work. After lots of tests velocity will work ok for now and speeds things up considerably. Being able to look at it in the editor and changing things around in real time helped me understand geotrails a little... [more]

Does that actually spawn a real nade that can accept initial velocity? Such as throwing one or launching it from a tube. Or does it just drop and react to the ground? I would assume it also gets the timer from the weapon file. Or it can be manually detona... [more]
