I agree with techno2sl, any map that people can have fun on is not a noob map, there are alot of maps out there that are way bigger but you dont have as much on them, with maps its not size or quality that matter, its how much fun you can have on them ... [more]

Skybox textures are just the same as anyother texture in the game. So you would make one the same way as making say a texture for a wall etc. As for the map being too dark, maybe whoever designed it meant for it to be like that, having made a few maps ... [more]

Apart from the 2 .jpeg files what other files did u have in the .pk3? I followed the tutorial same way as you did, realizing it did`nt do exactly what it says on the tin i made my own pk3 file. But mine did`nt work. I only had the jpegs no other files.... [more]
