Band Of Brothers Sound Conversion Volume 1

Well I finally got around to making the Sound Mod. Its arlight in my opinion but not as big as I planned. There will be a much larger version on the way along with the Band Of Brothers Conversion mod I will be working on when I get some help. I hope you guys like the sound mod, at least it’s a good BOB sound mod. Some of the sounds are directly from the series itself, others are filled in to make a complete mod. I hope you all enjoy!







Installation:

Pretty basic, just drag the PK3 file user_BOBSounds to your main Call Of Duty Folder.

C:/Program Files/Call Of Duty/Main/*****




Sounds

Weapon Sounds:

Most of the sounds have been taken from the actual series. Others are either the best of the community or just some I found around to change everything up. All weapons are changed except the following:

SpringField .03 Sniper Rifle
Enfield Rifle
Nagant Sniper
PPSH

Just because the effects of the echo are hard to mimic or they are perfect the way they are.

Whizbys:

ALL whizbys were taken from the series which adds a more realistic atmosphere....... turned out VERY well.....

Music:

I also changed all the music from Michael Kamens main theme for BOB to sound pieces at the main menu.

Misc

I experimented with the shellshock sound and came up with something I think is cool...... Its a heartbeat silenced........ try it out....... very cool...... I apologize that this sound mod didnt include reload sounds...... or a few other things which could have easily been changed..... the fact is is that they fit great so i left them.
