What Program

Just a question what is the program that is being used on this Vid?
It is obviously similar to Radiant for COD4 but has much more functionality that i could perhaps be utilising.
Could someone let me know.

great video!

good video but im a cod2 mapper looking how to do this stuff and i didnt see sfx, func_bobbing or csg thing.... should it be the same or is there a diffrent way?
