Well... If compilation finishes and map works then it shouldn't be a problem. It worked on my map. I don't remember if I had errors caused by this exact prefabs as I had lots of texture and brushes errors and warnings during compilation. It's normal and many original CoD4 maps are compiled with same errors and they work properly.

But if You wish not to have any error then feel free to edit prefabs and remove them.

errors

great prefabs..
but i get erorrs,when including them into my map..
floating or not algined brushes..etc
