I got the idea for this map from a book I've recently re-read called Team Yankee by Harold Coyle. Although

the story in the book takes place during WWIII, the battle takes place in Germany so making one of the battles into a COD map just seemed a natural. The layout of the land as described in the book sounded like a good basis for a Base Assault map, so here it is. I hope I got it right.
