I have a problem: all convert sucsessfuly, but in radiant its a red box and error that the " Xmodel cant be found " What i need to do?

holy cow! i thought the export process is a simple one or two click process. thank you for this tutorial. i just skimmed on the pages and it looked complicated.. but if thats the only way to go then so be it. appreciate it much!

nb:
you might want to include additional details like how to set the Z up plane in Maya for the noobs like me who just started with this stuff a day or so :D
