CoD2 multiplayer map "El Mechili"

This map is a conversion of the original map "mp_el_mechili" of CoD1.
Unfortunately, the name "El Mechili" was used by somebody for another CoD2 map
which deals nothing with the original map of CoD1.

The following game types are supported: dm, tdm, sd, ctf and hq.

Changes compared with the CoD1 version:
- terrain was changed at some places
- use of new CoD2 models
- more cover possibilities by boxes, destroyed spitfire etc.
- the north west tower of the fort was reworked
- use of new CoD2 functions, e.g. "Mantel-On"
- and many small changes
