Area: North Africa - Fort El Mechili (original showplace)

Gametype: deathmatch and team deathmatch with 16 spawnpoints

The map is separated by a road into two sides. One side with the fort and a bunker with trenches. The other side with some houses und a little oase. Around the two sides i have planted small hills (for snipers) and minefields. The two sides are joined by a wadi.

I enjoy the map wollffii, good job.  Would like to try and make it bigger and add some jeeps.  Could I persuade you to send me the .map file?

THX to kweniston for his review.

That's right, there is an texture error on the minaret.
I tryed to fix it, but everytime the same error occurred.
It's an 20 sided brush. How can i fix this problem?

On the ground near the bridge there is also an texture problem (highlighted).

All destroyed trucks "moves" when you walk up to it at a certain distance. I don't know the reason for this error. Maybe that because of the non clipping models?

There are only ;-) 4 mg42's on the map and all of them doing well.

In the next release, i try to solve the design problems and
add a tunnel from the bunker to the minaret (maybe also  reducing some mg42's).

I like the map, small but decent fun.
Several comments though:
- What's with all the mg42's? I'll try to disable them via a mod, but it's ridiculous, like 5 of them all looking out on most of the map. One of them doesn't work, oddly.
- 2 map design problems: the truck buried in the sand near the minaret "moves" when you walk up to it at a certain distance
- the minaret (tower) has a texture problem, you can see through a part of it
