The dutch poster shown above says:

"Van je vrienden moet je het hebben", which translates to something like "That's what friends are for".

This is a German poster, published after the accidental bombings of Nijmegen, Arnhem and Enschede by Allied bombers on the 22th feb. 1944, who in the foggy weather confused them with the German cities they were out to bomb. 800 people were killed.
