This is the official release of the [Sixth Column] All Mod Ver 4.0
To get the full effect this mod must run on the server and the client. the CFG files need only be run on the server with the exception of the rcon EZadmin password file which must be clientside for remote admin of your server.
This is a mod I developed over a couple of months and use on our server.
It is a compilation of many mods in an attempt to bring the best features of these into 1 "Master Mod" No other mods should be running when running this Mod or it could intefere. . I began with a portions of Fuhrer, Wcanka, PAM 104, EZadmin, PRM 4.0, Demolition, Conquest. Ravir, MG Move and many more. My thanks to all those mod makers, and many more.... I added my own weapons mod
Ver 4.0 fixes some bugs and adds some more features;
Changes The color of the smoke from the grenades
Adds more cvar controlls to the Admin
Adds a 'surprise' sound effecct for bashes
Fixes support for Conquest Gametypes
Included Sample CFG files already set up just adds your servers pers info and passwords
Included Sample Map Rotation file.
I also added a sample Ezadmin CFG file which you will need to run rcon on your server.
Just Unzip the files to your COD main folder and change a few settings in the cfg. After you start your server you type an exec config.cfg and your off.

Decapitations with the accompanying gore (can be turned off)
Blood splatter , pooling etc.
Helmets that fly off when hit
Bleeding out unless a teamate heals you (the more you run and exert yourself the faster you bleed to death)
Getting knocked to the ground when taking enough damage
Weapons can be shot out of your hand
Shellshock from all sources (customizable)

Players Parachute onto the maps in HQ user(settable firstround everyround or not at all) Working on other game types (turn this off if your map is indoors or weird things happen)
Parachutes are steerable and glide for a good distance.
Random mortars both fatal or non fatal
Minefield control (turn em off to expand the maps)
Random sounds for various maps.
Clan support for matches and scrims in S/D
Flights of c47s overhead with sound effects (i rufuse to call em bombers)
Shell Shock controll
Teamates carry 1 medpack each and can heal another damaged teamate (controllable from admin menu)
[Weapons mods include]
Improved Weapon "Accurracy" taken from the Single player game
Damage models taken from multiplayer and toned down a bit to compensate for the increased accurracy. (makes for very good gameplay)
Bullets lose energy over distance and do less damage "(you may "get" that pistol headshot from accross an entire map but,, You may only succeed in knocking off someones helmet and not getting an instant kill)"
Grenades are cookable and leave a big cloud of smoke. (throw several in one spot to cover your movment)
MG42's can b picked up and moved around a map. (think of the possiblilities.)
Scoped sights are much, much, bigger and more realistic with higher zoom mag. (makes for snipers that do just that snipe, but very very hard to use on a close range target which is as it should be)
Red dot site on all hip carried weapons except fg42 and panzerfausts. (ok it's not realistic but it's fun and makes for good game play)
[Admin Stuff]
EZ ADmin incorporated in the quickmenu. can be used from inside the game.
Support for up to 66 maps (predefined for the 61 our server runs but easily changed)
Totall game controll including setting games types and maps and map restarts.
Ability to kick and ban from in the game.
ability to change weapons allowed in game on the fly.
ablilty top turn on FF during game play (more cvar controlls to come)
Ability to kick to spectator or smite (explode a player)
Ability to suicide a player
ability to get server status
I added many many CVAR controlls for things like killcam, spectate,voting,turning on and off various features of the mod.
This mod does much much more but this covers most of it. I hope you enjoy it. I will continue work on this. if you find bugs or suggest improvements. Let me know .
Programmers: any of you guys willing to help me improve this thing go ahead and have at it just let me know about it ok. I myself have no programming experience but I did my best.
I'd liked to thank all of the Clan members of [Sixth Column] who put up with me changing things every time they come to play and helping me test this out. and to the positive and not so positive feedback from the guests who come to visist our private server and helps us out.
With this upgrade I decided to include the sample Config file to make this work. as well as a sample rotation file and sample Rcon pass file.
Finally I compiled this mod to run ALONE with out ANY other mods running and it works best that way. My motivation was that I got tired of trying to keep track of all the mods and whos works with whos and does what and so much is duplicated that I just said "enough" It's time to consolidate as much as possible. As I discover more cool mods to include into this one I will add them. (or you add em and send it to me :) )
Does this mod still have bugs ? probably but not too many (I hope)
I will take any help I can get from any of you "REAL" programmers out there. (honest)
