Shifty's Allied Weapon Mod V 1.0

This mod Changes several characteristics of the weapons.

Firstly, you may notice increased reload times, each weapons reload time has been increased to try and replicate "realistic" reload times.

Second, amounts of ammuntion at the beginning of the level have been decreased to more reasonable amounts. Most weapons now carry around 5-10 clips of ammunition.

Other small changes to weapons, that are most likely un-noticeable are:
-Slightly increased re-chamber time on weapons
-Increased damage on all weapons (around 20% increase on each)
-Melee damage also increased

Specific Weapon Changes:
-The American Frag Grenade now has a "Cook" function which is set to three seconds. Watch your reticule flash for each second.
-You now only Start with 4 grenades and can only carry a maximum of 4.
-Grenade throwing speed has been decreased (it seemed you could thow grenades too fast in the default version)
-The M1 Carbine now has a 15 Shot clip (up from 10)
