Simply place this file in your base folder and you should be ready to rock.

This map is best used for CTF, although it supports any standard game type sans INF. When playing CTF keep in mind that you DO NOT cap the flag in your own spawn, as per usual. You cap it in the OTHER TEAM'S spawn.
