You need to add the following to #contnoframe:
width: 775px;
height: 370px;

Also, change overflow to auto so that scrollbars only show up when needed. Yeah I know I said overflow: scroll, but in my defense I've never done anything like this before.

It's got a hint of blueish green in there.
I tried some more saturated colors but the more saturated it got the less readable it became.

Scooter, that works now, sorta, there's a few small things that are now a bit off, but not useing the iframe creates one problem,
I can no longer open the images within the same page.
I liked having it all contained within the page.
What exactaly is the advantage to not useing frames here?

One thing I could do easily enough is have a link just below the border on the bottom that links to a no frames version.
I'd simply have that on the main 3d & 2d pages since, right now atleast, I like useing the iframe.

There are quite a few factors to consider when deciding to use frames or not. I'll let you make your own decision:

Plenty more on Google.

Hmm... well I think I'm going to stick with the frame.
I will make non frame version but in the interest of getting this thing finished (or atleast to a presentable point) I'll hold off on that.
Since The main page has no frames and only 2 of 3 of the sub pages have frames (and they each only have one at that), it shouldn't create any problems with bookmarking. Since no matter which page you mark, the content is at the very most 3 clicks away.
As for searching, the "info" page will be useing the overflow scrolling div tag so anything useful to search for should be able to be found in there.

Yeah, since my frames are so simple there should be any problems.

So anyway,
About the Info page,
I've been looking around at some professional portfolios to see what kind of info to include.
I want to target this more at gaming than graphic/web design, which is the reason my 3d section has more subsections than the 2d.
But how detailed should I get in terms of modeling experience?
I saw some that went into alot of detail like specific types of nurbs that they use most. All I have right now is a list of programs I'm decently familar with.
So how much is too much?

Hey, I'm trying to use the scrollable <div> in the "info" page and it works just fine in IE but it's not working FF and I can't figure out why.
both the CSS and the html are valid.

You've got me stumped. Opera renders it same as Firefox too.

Well, Once again proves that only after you ask someone do you find out for yourself, but anyway, apparently the IDs are case sensitive.
I have "Infocont" in the css and "infocont" in html.
changing the I to lowercase fixed it.
Still not quite right inside the thing but atleast now that part works.
