I mean good looking, not perfect. You may have the time. I don't. Also, sometimes I don't want to turn models off, b/c I won't know if something is touching them.

There is no such thing as a "perfect map"....I mapped in cod4 on a nvidia 6200 PCI gpu and a intel celeron 2.2ghz CPU for over 5 months.....it was just fine.....ya it lagged...but thats y you turn off models when ur working with terrain/brushwork, have useful layers, and set your radiant settings to something your PC can handle.

The map isnt done! It's just to show the beginning and since some people are whining about the background, I created some and to show people if it is good.

Dude you really gotta take your time on your maps....iv been working on my ONE singleplayer map since april....and it looks/plays fabulously.....its quality not quantity...Iv worked on it everyday....most days for 3-5 hours.

You can get really good quality if you take your time.
