Modification for Call of Duty multiplayer version 1.2

Description

The Autofaust is a breed between the PPSh and the Panzerfaust. Basicly it is
a Panzerfaust with the firerate and the Ammo and clip size of a PPSh.

I've also modified the Weapon selection menus for all teams so that they include
the Autofaust as a selactable Weapon. An alternative is to pick up a Panzerfaust
from an ammo box.

Installation
------------
Copy wcanka_autofaust_v1.pk3 to your Call of Duty\main folder. Make sure you
have allowed Panzerfaust. You may have to run the server as unpure.
